What a terrible experience with the customer service. I called them to see why I was being charged extra for priority shipping when I saw that the free shipping had the same time frames. This was a call for a recommendation to make the website clear to future customers. The reply from the person on the phone was "What is your problem we shipped on the 12th it hasn't been long enough", and "it would have been too expensive to send with Track and trace". Let me decide if it is too expensive and if I am willing to pay for it. If someone is making a recommendation for you to improve your service you should be so aggressive. Personally I don't care about the 1.99 extra that I paid and I would have paid the extra to have it in the time frame I wanted if I had the option to pay for real Priority shipping.
