Que Rico van Miryam handled and shipped the order quickly. Great service. However, Post.NL failed and delivered me a nightmare. The ordered package from 23-11-2018 was supposed to be delivered on 24-11-2018 between 19:10 and 21:10. To my dismay, the delivery person dropped off the package at 17:00 at the neighbors on the second floor whom I don't even know, leaving a note to pick up the package at number 26 A, and a mention on Post.NL that the package was delivered at number 26 S. Number 26 S does not exist in the residential complex. Valuable time and energy wasted for nothing, and I inquired on various floors without result. Eventually, I only found the package on Sunday evening at number 26 A. Therefore, the delivery was a nightmare for me due to incorrect information from Post.NL. Que Rico van Miryam acted quickly and correctly and dispatched the order on time. The ordered goods are of top quality. The handling by Post.NL deserves a very poor rating; I am considering filing a complaint as this is not the first time.

Neatly sent via track-and-trace, products were still well frozen upon arrival. Shipping costs are quite high due to the surcharge for frozen products.
