I had forgotten to buy stroopwafels at the market for a gift, and then I saw that I could also order online. The ordering process went smoothly, and I was kept informed at every step. The delivery was right on time.

Ordering and payment went excellently. The order was shipped quickly; however, despite the correct address on the invoice, the shipping label attached to the package had an incorrect address. It was in our neighborhood and street, but at an empty building. After receiving a message from Post-NL about this, I tried to redirect them to the correct address. However, that was not possible, as they had to deliver to the indicated address. You can adjust the delivery time via the Post website, but you can also have it delivered to a Post Pickup Point. So, it ended up being the GAMMA nearby. In the end, it worked out well.

Very late delivery; only after contacting via email did I learn that it was so busy that it could not be delivered within the desired timeframe. I would have liked to have heard this earlier since the order was meant to be a gift.
