De snelle bestelling was oké

I ordered a Didrikson Parka Coat, which took weeks to arrive and was not fit for purpose. I tried the coat on in my garden and not only did I feel cold, as it wasn't very padded, I also felt wet, as the material was not water repellent, as I would have expected from this brand. I liaised with customer services regarding a return, however when arranging this, they refused to pay the custom charges. I explained that I had paid for all of the export charges, when the item was sent to me. If an item is faulty or of a "poor quality", why should I have to pay the charges to return the item? I compromised and agreed to pay the postage and was informed by Evri that Antilope had to pay the custom fees, however, this was also refused. I am now hugely out of pocket as I have paid two lots of postage charges, for a coat that is not fit for purpose. Please do not use this company.

Bestelling zou volgende dag geleverd worden maar kwam bijna een week later en dan sturen ze ook nog de verkeerde kleur.

Snelle en correcte service

Bestelling is correct afgehandeld maar werd pas 1 week nadien bezorgd (maar dat kan aan PostNL hebben gelegen...)
