Don’t bother paying 30% more than at other mirror makers! IMO They either miscommunicate or not communicate enough. My flat in on the 6th floor in a 20- floor building. Of course there is an elevator. I was expecting the mirrors being delivered directly to my apartment as normal deliveries happen like that. Many mirror makers HIGHLIGHT they delivery to ground floor only and that’s ok, if you communicate that. On GlasGiant it wasn’t clear to me and on the DELIVERY DAY I was shocked, I was waiting many hours at home to receive my mirrors, but they were just dropped in the hallway on the ground floor. It’s ridiculous. The ground floor is not a storage space, especially for such a big (a fragile thing). The minimal education requires to at least let the receiver know the product has been delivered and is waiting downstairs 🤯 This country will not stop surprising me

Hele duidelijke communicatie, super service en alles netjes volgens de afspraak geleverd. Ook nog eens snel! Ik ben best kritisch maar dit is echt top geregeld.
