The online experience was very good, but when I went to pick the item up, that was awkward, as I was accused of theft. In short, before going to the babies shop for the pick up, I went to the shop in front (for bigger kids) and I purchased a pencil case for my eldest daughter. Then I headed to the babies shop with my baby caring the case (it wasn't wrapped). Once I picked up the item, the lady asked me if I shouldn't pay for the case, I informed her that I purchased it in their other shop, she made a face and asked if I had the bon, I didn't have it because, well, I said no when they asked in the first place of I wanted one (why would I need it?). So I went on to my bank statement to show her I just paid to Wijs West the exact amount of the case. What troubles me is that, I don't think they sell the pencil case in the babies shop so, what made her think that I had not pay for it in the other shop? Was it only my face? Why the judgment towards me? A pity, because I really like the shop, and I'll keep going, but I know I won't feel comfortable thinking that they could think I'll try to steal something.

Product Op donderdag besteld, werd op dinsdag bezorgd. Voor mij geen probleem, maar was niet erg snel. Product was uitstekend verpakt!
