Is CuteStuff.nl betrouwbaar? Reviews en keurmerk

I didn't get the two items I ordered. POST NL says I have to wait for another 3 days to get it. I am leaving out of country in 2 days. I actually expected the items to be delivered in the same day or the next day. It has been a week now, still it is not delivered. I am very happy that cutestuff explained the situation why it is delayed. I agree that CuteStuff were not the reason for delay, PostNL is. But when I ordered an item in the website, The banner on top said, it will be delivered on the same day. I think it includes CuteStuff packing and also the delivery. Should the customer be informed earlier, if it has a delay ? If it takes 1 week of time, I would not have ordered. Finally I appreciate the quick response from the customer service, Hence I gave 5 star for customer service and quality. But still the other ratings will stay the same.

We reached out to this customer, but unfortunately without any response. That's why we would like to respond to this review in public. This order has been placed on Sunday 13 December and we shipped it directly on Monday 14 December. This is in line with our shipping policy (when ordered on Monday to Friday before 16:00h, shipment is the same day, orders placed in the weekend, will be shipped on first Monday after). As mentioned on our website, we don't offer same day delivery, nor can we guarantee next day delivery, as we are dependent on PostNL. Due to the COVID crisis (including the renewed lockdown) and traditional seasonal shopping peak, Dutch postal services PostNL are overloaded and therefore suffer delayed deliveries. Although we feel sorry for any inconvenience caused, this is beyond our control. We placed a notification of the delayment on our site, social channels and order confirmation mails. The customer claims it has been a week since ordering the product, but actually it has been 4 days (ordered on 13 December, today is 17). We're very sorry to hear that apparently our service doesn't meet the expectations of this customer, but we feel that there's not a lot to blaim us for. Our mission is not only to spread cuteness, but also to have the highest customer satisfaction. That's why we reached out to see how we could be of help in this situation for the customer. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything back apart from the negative review. We are very willing to see if we can help out somehow. Untill that time, we will focus on the majority of our customers and are proud of our average score of 9.8 out of hundreds reviews. Let's spread the cuteness!
