On Saturday, May 10, I ordered a jacket from you, I paid almost 15 € for delivery, it said that the jacket would arrive within 3-5 days, 10 days have already passed and the jacket has not arrived, why do you indicate the delivery times in which you you don’t fit in, and why should I pay so much money for it?

Lots of delay by postnl I've been waiting almost 1 week long and I still didn't receive my package they told me by postnl that if my package doesn't arrive then i have to contact the seller soi hope it arrives

On the shirt in the sleeve area, there are dark stains perhaps due to grease. There is no telling whether these stains can be removed by washing. In the sleeve containing the badge, in the lower cuff area, there is a significant stitching (start of a tear) not reported in your listing.
