We ordered the baby bassinet and what was delivered to us was unusable. It left us having to order a bassinet a few days before the arrival of our baby and spending money we didn’t plan to send. There was hardly a workaround provided as we didnt intend to rent another refurbished model (as we no longer trusted the quality of items since we got one that was clearly broken) ans no offer of renting the new one at the price of the refurbished model. A very disappointing experience!

Goede prijs, product in goede staat, in principe goede communicatie. Enige minpuntje was dat het ophalen niet helemaal soepel ging (stond een kwartier te wachten voor een gesloten deur). Maar verder alles prima.
