The product arrived extremely late. I ordered on 8th April which the website stated 3-5 days for delivery. I was contacted on the 17th April to say delivery would be the 28th April. I then checked the website and it now stated 1-3 days for delivery. I emailed back to say the 28th April was extremely late and asked why the website stated an incorrect delivery date and if i could be compensated. There response was that I can cancel if i want which is not really a solution. The product did not even arrive on 28th April and actually turned up the 5th May. Almost one month after ordering it was delivered. Poor communication, delivery and customer service.
