There are no words to describe how disgusting service they provide! I ordered some knee socks. Got an email with confirmation of the transaction but after 2 days there was no email with tracking number. Called them 6 times and all what they could say was that someone will call me back but it never happened. So called them again but this time I decided to cancel my order and I asked for an email with a confirmation of my cancellation. Guess what? I got one but what they said was absolutely shocking:We hereby inform you that your order with invoice number ORD01916 has been cancelled. It is possible that you chose this yourself during the payment process, or that the payment was not successful!!! So who sent me an email with payment confirmation then? Called them again and heard the same story that someone will call me back but of course nobody did!!! So tried to contact them via email through my account on Showlegs sending all the proof but even that way it didn't work. I read some reviews and looks like I'm not the only one who had this awful experience. I don't have any idea what the girls who answer the calls are there for but for sure it has nothing to do with the customer service!!!! If they think that they can steal money from me (for sure from some others as well) they are very WRONG!!!! The "store" is in Den Haag and according to the google maps it's just an apartment!!! DON'T TRUST THAT STORE!!!! The nice review probably they wrote themselves. It's time to take action!!!! SCAMERS!!!!
