I'm trying to make an order online and the website is barely working. After adding every product I have to reload the page, otherwise the next product is not added. There is no way to increase or decrease quantity of the product from the cart screen, my input is simply ignored. They state that there is not enough product (I selected 5 but only 4 items are available) - they only let me know of this at checkout, the only option to fix this is to remove the product altogether, go back to the product screen and add the right quantity. Otherwise the order does not go through. It feels like if the website is not tested by anyone. Very poor experience. Selection is poor, many items are not available at this time. The only physical shop is located in the middle of nowhere with unreasonable working hours. I really loved it when I shopped in person before New Year, so now I am disappointed with the contrast.
