Goed aangekomen

All the items were broken, including the ‘Lays chips’ carton box they were delivered in. I wrote them on Thursday an email, to which I received no response yet. ***An update on what happened in the meantime: I have messaged them on whatsapp on which they quickly responded. After they requested an inquiry by the delivery service PostNL, we found out that the package was caught in the door of the delivery van and therefore everything inside was broken. PostNL proceeded with the delivery as if nothing has happened, therefore this unfortunate situation was not Petshome.nl fault at all. I will receive a refund and hopefully this situation will not be happening again. As a footnote to my remark of the box it was delivered in, they promote sustainability and therefore protecting the environment by recycling, which is something they should be appreciated and supported for.

Hai ik had wat vogelspeelgoed besteld. Werd lekker vlot bezorgd na 1 dag in huis keurig verpakt. Op de website was ook alles prima te vinden dus snel klaar met de bestelling 👍😉

Goede service en altijd op tijd geleverd
