I ordered things because of the banner at the top of the website that states that I would receive my order the next day if I ordered by 16:00 Post.nl informed me it would be 2 days. Not the biggest problem . I can handle that. However, when I emailed a suggestion to you that a change to the website that states that there may be a delay due to corona. Instead of a thank you , good idea. I was responded to with excuses and reasons I should know better than complain. I was offended by the response more the delay in shipment.
