My products arrived 2 weeks late because the campany was on holidays yet by the time i placed my order it said : order before 11pm ,delivered tomorrow. This is very unprofessional especially if you're selling health care products. By the way you didn't bother saying sorry or apologise nor allowed me to cancel the order. Now i have stuff i don't need, i had to buy somewherelse ,I will never order anything at HEKA

I ordered and paid on 30/05/22 and they did not deliver anything for 1 month and when I complained them, they have sent me 4 out of 5 items , but not yet sent me 1 last product. They are still not responding me about the last product now on 09/Aug/22. It has been 2.5 months. They don't respond any mail, only by telephone. additional : Hi I am bit surprised to receive this mail. FINALLY Because I have never received any mail from you. I have checked daily even in vuilbox in my email account. You have only responded me when I called you by phone almost 2 months ago. Then you explained me that the product will be available July 13. At that time you did not send me anything without any explanations. I am not going to remove 1 star review because you have LIED even on this mail. I have sent you many mails from e-mail account, your WEBshop .. even called by phone. You haver been on vacation, but how can you keep selling your products on the net shop?? You are selling the same product still without any mention of such delay. I do not remove my 1 star review, and your customer should know that you are not honest seller. You can refund the money on my bank account. I paid from ING bank. As soon as possible it has been 2.5 months without any response. Amazon, Bol.com are so much more professional, shame on you! Kaori
