The product I received is great (no complaints whatsoever), however the communication & timeliness was not ideal. This product was supposed to be a gift and arrive before a trip I had on the 6th. Based on the website's estimated shipping delivery timeline, it should have arrived before that. I had to keep contacting the company asking for updates. There were delays due to product/demand issues, which I totally understand. I just wish there was better communication throughout the process so I didn't have to keep emailing them. I emailed them before the trip, and they assured it would arrive by the 7th. That would be too late, since I already would have left, but I could always send it later... Anyway, when I returned from my trip on the 8th, it still wasn't here! I contacted them on the 9th... and then suddenly the same day, I received notification the shipment was created and sent. I ultimately received it the 10th. Again, excellent product - everything was neatly packaged and the item works great, but I wish I didn't have to be tracking them down every moment to make sure the shipment was in order. I've read other negative reviews that this company might be a scam site because they never received their order... I don't think that's the case, but I think customer service could be greatly improved so people aren't paranoid about their money being lost somewhere in the internet. That's why I was so persistent to track mine all the way.
