Order not received and communication is not possible... I pre-ordered the Charizard UPC in August and was number 50 on the waiting list. The waiting list has since been removed. There was only one "update" on the order that it would be delayed and we would still receive the box for the purchase price of 167€. Currently the box is online at the "action price" of 137€ and as "soon available". When I asked about the cancellation because I had already bought the box elsewhere, I was assured that the cancellation would be done at the end of the week. This was one month ago. No further emails were answered. Fortunately, I paid for the order via Paypal, which refunded the money after further waiting. Even the Paypal buyer protection case was not answered by the shop. Either they are totally unable to manage their work or this shop is simply not interested in open orders and likes to sit on the money. If you order, then with Paypal. Otherwise the money is probably gone, even if most of the reviews here are positive.
