Be careful with this brand. I bought a ring that I only wore for four days. The rubber under the stone broke, causing the stone to fall out. When I explained the situation to them, they replied that, as the stone was lost, there was unfortunately nothing they could do. The only compensation offered was a 15% discount on a future order, which I find clearly insufficient given the problem. On top of that, I had to return a previous order at my own expense: €11 despite using the cheapest shipping option. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and customer service.

After receiving your email, we carefully reviewed your case. Unfortunately, the stone of the ring was lost. As the item itself was not returned and the stone is missing, this situation does not fall under our warranty conditions. This was also clearly explained in our previous email communication. Nevertheless, we offered a 15% discount code as a gesture of goodwill toward a future purchase, even though we were not obliged to do so. Regarding the return shipping costs: these are in line with our terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on our website. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense when there is no confirmed manufacturing defect covered by warranty. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we have handled this matter transparently, fairly, and in accordance with our policies. We regret that this has led to disappointment.
