In itself a product with potential, but the company will have to make more effort to provide faster and better service. Our maxi boat toilet was delivered defective (poorly packaged), Fan was incorrectly connected, Connection cable for connection to 12v installation was missing, Assembly instructions were not correct, Hose clamps in the urine tank are not made of stainless steel, so now they are rotten, Emails are read sparingly, a week is common, Have asked 3 times for information about an offered carbon filter, question is ignored. Bags ordered, after 4 emails (= 4 weeks) received the wrong bags.

Ordered and paid on May 27. Received on June 23. Delivery could be better. Nice product.

After placing an order more than 2 months ago, I am still without delivery, without a refund, and without a response to my emails.

I received good advice and was well informed about the products I purchased.

I've been waiting for 5 weeks for the carbon filter for my toilet.

I was missing a mounting part. That was a shame. Now I am waiting for it. The toilet seat itself looks nice!
