Despite the fact that we did not have an appointment, we received a clear explanation. We ordered the maxi and are now using it. Our initial experiences are good.

I am satisfied with the product I ordered, but I had trouble filling in the shipping details. I was not redirected to the payment page. When I emailed about this, I received good assistance and the problem was resolved quickly. The box could have been sealed a bit better; it arrived quite damaged, but the contents were fine.

Good business, friendly people. I bought a marine toilet there. The toilet is beautiful, sturdy, and virtually odorless, making it very suitable for daily use on board. It does cost a bit, but then you also have no maintenance to worry about. There's no need to deal with clogged pumps or hauling around a waste container that you have to rinse out regularly at designated spots. Whether I'm walking around with a bag of dog poop or a bag of household waste containing the bag from the toilet makes no difference. I did have a few minor comments about the installation, but I solved those myself.
