Dear customer, Dear Margareth first of all thank you for purchasing from us here at CD-keys.nl. As you can read on our reviews here, 95% are satisfied with our services and service. Unfortunately you are not. We deeply regret that. We wanted to contact you several times, in different ways and at different times in your file. This is to find a solution together with our helpdesk. We offer quality and in case of problems we always try to solve this immediately. Again, we always guarantee that. We regret but respect your negative assessment. Regarding the reason for your very low rating, we can refer you to clear information on many of our pages on our CD-keys.nl website, which state very transparently and clearly that you only purchase / purchase the digital license key, product key or software code. This will also be delivered to you digitally. You can download the official software itself via the links we have sent you, which can also be found in your email confirmation for your purchase. These links can also be found when you view the products in our shop. Seems very clear to us. Unfortunately, we still see that sometimes customers do not even read about what they are purchasing. In many cases this is clearly stated on our CD-keys.nl site. Just read. Even with any error messages with the key, the usable information on our site is not read. Unfortunately, customers never fail to contact our customer service. That can be done very easily. Of course, you can always contact us to clarify this, because once again we have an excellent helpdesk reputation that will always assist you with advice and action, even after your purchase or bad buying experience. “After all, the customer is king, even after their purchase.”

Kortom, zeer tevreden over service :-)
