I ordered two watches for my children at the beginning of september. Bad luck or not, I spent hours to check what was wrong with them. Ultimately, I decided to send the watch back. I had to pay for the insurance to send them to the support although they never worked because insuring the package for sending a defective product back falls under the customer's responsibility. KUUS then decided to cancel my order and to reimburse me. And although the product was defective from the start but I still had to pay the initial shipping costs. That is a first for me. So I'm really unhappy about my order.

I still haven't received the product, postNL appears to have decided to send the parcel not to my home address, but to Avenue Emile Vandervelde 39, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Belgium, but for several days there has been no update on the tracking page as to when the parcel will arrive at this delivery location
