I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday. I ordered with Amsterdamflowers before and I had nice experiences. This time however, I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I specifically chose the bouquet for the Bird of Paradise flower included in the presentation and it didn't arrive. Not only this, but I didn't recognize the bouquet at all. I understand there is a disclaimer about the availability of the flowers, but this arrangement was so different from what I ordered that I didn't recognize it. Furthermore, I filled in a note to go with the flowers, but that wasn't delivered, further increasing the confusion. I am sorry, but my experience this time around was not the best.
