I ordered a large bouquet as a birthday gift. I received an email that it had been delivered. When I didn't hear from the recipient, I contacted her. No flowers arrived! I have sent an email and not heard back from them. I am very disappointed as the gift can not be given on the birthday now. If there is a satisfactory resolution of this situation, I will update this review and inform others of customer service.
I ordered the flowers in the afternoon to be delivered the next day befor 13H00. The order was executed without any problem and the flowers were fresh and beautiful.
