Amsterdam Flowers

I am based in another country and ordered flowers for a friend as a surprise and they were delivered to the neighbour's house. I was told that my friend needed to collect them from the neighbour's house a few days later which spoiled the surprise and they received days old flowers. My friend was not home which is the flowers were delievered to the neighbour's house, but it was disappointing that the surprise was ruined and they received days old flowers. It would have been preferrable if the flowers were not left at the neighbours house and were delivered again fresh. Amsterdam Flowers were responsive via email which is positive.

Bloemen waren bedoeld voor foto van woning voor funda. Ze zouden voor 13 uur er zijn. Ze werden pas na 1530 geleverd. Dat is toch wel jammer. Pioenrozen waren meteen weg, maar ondanks warme weer, stond de rest er tot 5 dagen nog redelijk bij.

Prima boeket, snel bezorgd, wel wat aan de dure kant voor de grootte van het boeket. Wel een aanrader voor als je met spoed wat wil verzenden.
