Prachtige bloemen, snelle bezorging, goede service en goede prijskwaliteit verhouding

Na een misverstand ivm bezorging ben ik teruggebeld en gemaild en is alles tip top in orde gekomen.

Flowers are nice but the delivery ruined it. I sent a bouquet for my friend’s birthday with instructions about the delivery time, it was delivered later, no one was home, the driver didn’t call neither me, neither my friend, but left the bouquet in another house, with a small note left behind in he staircase, not even on the door! They didn’t notify me about this in email either, and I had to complain to get an answer next day just saying “it was left in the next door building”. No sorry, no let us make it up for you, no compassion at all about a birthday gift they’ve just ruined. My friend could pick it up the next evening. Which is obviously not how it supposed to go. I’m disappointed about the service and about the ignorant costumer care.

I used Amsterdam flowers as the secondary option, because the first delivery (from another company) had to be canceled after 3 days of delay. Amsterdam flowers delivered the order within a couple of hours. Taking out 1 star because of a small variety of products. I was looking for potted plants options, without blossoms, since it was for a man, there were not too many options, most of them were orchids or other girly flowers. Also if you want to add chocolate to the order, there's only on option, and it's also pretty basic chocolate which had

Op tijd geleverd en prachtig rouwboeket. Had eerder bij een ander besteld, maar die konden niet tijdig bezorgen terwijl dat wel op de site stond. Op het laatste moment moest ik nog op zoek gaan. Keurig is alles verlopen bij Amsterdam Flowers! Mijn complimenten.
