<b>Pluspunten</b><p>Amsterdam flowers delivered my order on time</p><b>Verbeterpunten</b><p>For my wife birthday, I ordered open Lily flowers as advertised in the website and Amsterdam Flowers (AF) sent all close flowers. It is a huge disappointment and I emailed complain. AF did not admit mistake and refused to refund my money. This is their latest reply: Richard, thank you for the review. It is normal in the Netherlands that the flowers are delivered in the bud and indeed abroad they have already open. We apologize for the inconvenience. Kind regards Customer service Note: They never did open. Not in 5 hours, not in 10 hours after delivery. Not at the night, not in the next morning. Please, admit your mistake and refund my money. Thanks</p>
