Let me first say that I am satisfied with the quality of the delivered wheels. But then... On Thursday, I received a message from DPD that they would deliver that day. However, no one showed up. On Tuesday, I received the same message that they would deliver that day. The package was indeed delivered, but not to my home. Despite the fact that the address was clearly marked twice on the package, the delivery person left it at a house in another village, with a different street name and house number. Fortunately, the kind resident I didn't know took their car and brought it to me. I have therefore decided not to buy anything more from a retailer that works with this transport company. It is particularly frustrating that this is not the first time there have been problems with DPD, despite the fact that my address is easy to find.
