    Delivery via DPD is a disaster. Especially when the package is lost and ToolsCentrale ships it with the sender listed as Interweb Service Group. There is nothing online about that. It was completely unclear to me where the unknown package that was lost within DPD came from. Just send it with regular mail and avoid using a sender that cannot be traced. It cost me over two hours. Everything feels very dubious. I should have just picked it up at Karwei; it would have saved me time, money, and frustration.
