They handle complaints poorly. After a lot of email exchanges, they repaired the shoes that cost 240 euros. However, they broke again quickly, and now I'm left with broken shoes. They gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which I now have to use to buy new soles.
Terrible experience! There is something wrong with my shoes and they refuse to do anything about it. They claim I bought them at another store. 🤓
Very good communication with the seller, top original goods that were no longer available everywhere. The price for this currently hyped product was reasonable. I was informed about every step of the order and shipping process via email. The only downside was that the delivery took a bit longer (about four weeks), but that just meant more anticipation. Overall, I can only recommend this seller.
