ReMarkt

Trying to login to the new laptop, a screen from the company DSM appears and demands the login from DSM. Not sure if this laptop was stolen or bought from DSM but zero trust in this. Trying to call Remarkt the phone number was not working. Emailed them, took more than a day to get an answer which was to use a workaround to get into this DSM laptop. Somehow the workaround worked but the laptop screen switches off every 10 seconds if the laptop is not connected to power. So disappointed in the product and the service and still wondering if we bought a stolen laptop. We also informed DSM that some of their laptops are being resold by this dodgy vendor. Oh and forgot to mention the site mentions next day delivery but you have to search really well to notice that this is only if you order Monday to Thursday.

Laptop arrived without a battery, I looked everywhere and nowhere it says that this will be the case. I tried calling but nobody picks up the phone and/or the phone line is out of service. Laptop works fine on DC power but I wish they had made it clear(if this isn't a mistake...) so that I can buy a battery..

Goede laptop. De software BigSur was te zwaar voor deze Macbook Air van 2012, latop ging direct 'blazen'. Koste wat moeite om deze te downgraden naar High Sierra, want die - of lagere versie - was niet meer aanwezig als fabrieksinstelling, enkel de te zware BigSur.
