They should improve the grading of their products. In addition to grading their products as A,B,C,ETC, they should also try and describe the exact condition of the product. In my case, the product I bought was graded as A, WHICH made me think that it was in a perfect condition. Unfortunately for me, it did not meet my expectation as grade A. Upon arrival, I saw that there was a big visible scratches on the the screen, some of the LETTERS on the keyboard was not visible and some scratches at the back of the tablet. You may ask, why didn't you return it?. It's because I had the same table without the keyboard and have been looking for it to buy separately without success and when I found out about the problems with this one from Remaarkt, I decided to keep it even though I was not satisfied. I hope my experience and recommendations will help in the future. Please, permit me to state that there was some positives like SPEEDY DELIVERY, QUICK response to EMAILS and FRIENDLY telephone service. Thanks and good luck. God bless.
