Good communication, good price-quality ratio.

It's not so much the web shop, but more the aftersales, as I asked whether there was any play in the purchased item and they said there wasn't. After checking this upon arrival, it turned out that there was indeed play, and they no longer respond to my emails.

No tracking code received, no invoice with product details, poor communication and lax service. The employee says you just have to wait a bit. Confusion about the shipping service; first it's their own carrier, then it's DPD again. Just inform the customer in a normal way; this is not how you build relationships with customers.

Clearer photos regarding the condition of the tires. After a phone call, there was good follow-up care.
