Regarding the delivery of a special engine for my camper van: I did not negotiate, but I did request the special radiator, which was included for free. It was packed in bubble wrap, but it still got damaged on the sharp top of the engine. I filed a complaint, but sending another one was not possible (not a very common van). I understand this. I'm not really happy about it, of course. I might be able to reuse the old radiator. By the way, the engine has been in a completely different car before it was taken out of a similar van by the farmer. I still need to start it, so I can't assess whether it runs well. It was delivered neatly and quickly, and it was nicely cleaned. Good communication. So, overall, there’s really nothing to complain about. (hence not insufficient)
