Friendly company and fast delivery.

Initially, I was spoken to very well over the phone. Then, with high hopes, I went there, received neat assistance, and got the right part. Two months later, I went back, and this experience was downright poor. I was helped by the owner, no less, and was treated disrespectfully, feeling like there was no time for customers... arrogant responses to my questions, and then no further thought was given... very disappointing. This does not take away from the first time, which was great! I was also well assisted by the staff then, but it's a shame that there is a boss who thinks he knows everything, yet behaves like this... very disappointing.
