Yes, the door catch for my C.3 has arrived well in Rijswijk. My dealer thinks it will be fine since it was ordered with the registration. However, it will only be installed on April 11th on the left front of my C.3 car.
Everything is perfect, delivered via mail and very well packaged.

I ordered two fenders and had them painted for a Volkswagen Bora. I received the parts at home, and upon opening, I found damage on the fenders. I called, but the person in question was unwilling to help me, claiming it was transport damage and he didn't want to hear anything about it.
Incorrect part delivered, left shock absorber instead of right shock absorber. They were not willing to reimburse shipping costs, but they did want to send the correct one. I could return the incorrect item, but I had to cover the shipping costs. It's a pity that such a mistake can happen, but it can occur once in a while.
