I ordered a part. I was told that if I paid immediately, they would send it out. I received a payment link for iDEAL and paid right away. Two days later, I still hadn't received the part. I called, and was told it was a new part and would take an extra day. After that, the part still wasn't there, so I called again. Then I was told they were shipping it now. It turned out they didn't even have that part in stock. I believe they should have mentioned that there was a delivery time instead of asking for immediate payment and then ordering the part.
