Good website, quick response to questions.

The quality of all the items I received is okay. The communication, however, is lacking. I received a quote for the items, which was slightly adjusted because the hood was no longer needed, but it turned out that the bumper was not included in the quote. In the end, it added another €100. It also took a while for me to receive the items; after a week, I called to check on the status, and I think they had forgotten to send the items. After I called, I received them that week! If they work on their communication, it would be much better!

I don't want to say that I'm dissatisfied, but I have the following. I ordered a km cap for my Ford. It was not indicated that there was a significant scratch on the glass. Additionally, €12.50 for shipping within the Netherlands is on the high side for a small package.
