I first inquired whether the part would fit, they checked this and called me back..... Everything went smoothly.

Good handling of the request. Fast delivery and neatly packaged.

Product purchased via the website. Delivered quickly. When installing, it turned out that the product was defective. Returned it. Due to cosmetic damage from the installation, the warranty was voided, which meant we did not receive a refund or a replacement product.

After an email from me with a question, I received a polite call back and the next day the parts were at home.

The order, payment, and shipping are all fine. Unfortunately, the return policy and especially the contact (via email) are poor. I ordered a part on November 21 and returned it within a week. I used my right of withdrawal via email, which states that the total invoice amount must be refunded, including the seller's shipping costs. The level of communication from the staff is low (brief, without explanation). I can still file a dispute to try to get the shipping costs refunded.
