Reclycar de Boer

I ordered parts from Reclycar de Boer, and I was helped correctly. They even had the parts I needed in the same color. However, when it was shipped, something happened to the parts; the carrier was not very careful, resulting in many scratches on my parts. Therefore, the parts had to be repainted, which incurred additional costs. However, after negotiating with the company de Boer, we still received some compensation, and they acknowledged that something went wrong with the carrier. So, I am satisfied with the resolution.

Friendly man on the line, he searched for the right part together with me and checked if it matched the old item. He also mentioned that once the payment was received, which can be done quickly with iDEAL, it would be shipped the same day. So I did it right away, and lo and behold, I received a message within an hour that it had been shipped, along with a tracking number. The next day, exactly as agreed, the item arrived and worked perfectly. So 6 stars from me!

After a defect in my air conditioning pump/compressor, I searched for a replacement on the parts line. De Boer had one for me that was exactly the same. After installing it, it still needed to be tested and refilled, which I did at the company KF. It works like new; thank you, De Boer!

Great experience. Quick response and professional handling. Payment was easily arranged via I-deal and the invoice was received by email. The same day, the part was shipped, so we received it the next day and were able to install it.
