After placing the quote, I was called by an employee. I could find all the details of the requested parts via a link. In the end, I received the parts on the agreed date.

The delivery was fast, but the packaging was minimal, in the sense that the screen could move. A spot appeared, a slight dent, and a few small dots (I don't know where or how). I decided not to return it, as that would be a hassle again, having to repackage and send it back. In that sense, I am dissatisfied with the delivery. I think some financial compensation is appropriate. I have to make an effort to restore the damage, especially since the screen was labeled as new. Thank you for your attention.
