I was called shortly after placing the request that they had a towbar available in my case. I was treated courteously. I later decided to accept the offer and was called again in a polite manner. In hindsight, there was a misunderstanding about whether a new socket would be included or not. In the first conversation, it was promised, but in the second conversation, it was mentioned but not confirmed... it would be included. In the end, it was not included. It's not a big deal, just a learning moment to confirm agreements directly with an email. They respond quickly and are knowledgeable.
