The web shop itself is very nice. Fast delivery (especially during the holidays) and nicely packaged with a cute card. However, the surprise box did not meet my expectations. It contained a lot of similar items with extremely large bows; I'm not a fan of large bows. Small ones are fine, but I find large ones a bit too much, and since this was quite common, it was somewhat disappointing.
Not yet arrived since December 22.
Yes my delivery got caughy up with Xmad post but this was all sorted and resent very quickly
