In my first order, a hairpin was missing, but the customer service was very friendly and offered to make it right. We received different hairpins than expected, but it was definitely resolved! Also beautifully packaged. The shipping to Belgium took a bit longer.

So glad I found Your Little Miss! I made several purchases over the years and am so grateful that there is someone who lovingly produces well-styled hair accessories. Beyond that, quality to price ratio is superior to the mass produced overpriced mainstream brands. We moved from Europe to the US last year and I will continue ordering from YLM.
