My order didn't arrive the first time due to an error with Post.nl. It was very nicely resolved by allowing me to choose an extra set, and I also received an additional gift because I had to wait quite a while and one of the sets was no longer available at that time. In the end, I'm very happy with the solution and will definitely come back again.
