The hair clips and headbands are of very good quality and they are also very beautiful, but the delivery is much slower than indicated. It is said that delivery to Belgium takes 2 to 3 working days, but so far I have always had to wait a week or even longer. This could definitely be improved.
The product was way too small, but after my feedback, I received new products that were much more elastic. I give a 10 for aftercare and service!
