    The order and shipping process was easy and quick. I would give at least a good rating for that. However, I found the product, a flower headband, to be of lower quality than I normally experience. After wearing it for an hour, without any rough handling or pulling, one of the flowers came off, which was very disappointing. After contacting customer service, I received a response within a few hours, even on the weekend, and a new headband was sent out. Great service!
