There was no service. They apparently forgot to send my order. After a week of patience, I lost my patience and reached out. There was no response to my email. I wasn't helped satisfactorily over the phone either. I was supposed to receive a call back the same day, but that still hasn't happened. Fortunately, I do have my order at home now.
Qualitatively good, nice prices, delivered quickly, and a joy to unpack and for my daughter to wear!
Fast delivery and a lot of variety. I recently ordered the hair ties with pom poms and I'm disappointed that the elastic gives off gold. By the end of the day, all the gold particles are in my daughter's hair, which is disappointing. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered them.
Very poor customer service, still no response to my email after a month! However, it has now been resolved well and I am satisfied!
Lack of communication regarding the progress of the order.
Super good service and you often receive a little extra gift. It's also great that the selection frequently changes and there are often sales and/or discount codes available.
