I received the wrong hair ties instead of the ones I ordered, and the communication via email was vague. They indicated that they would send the correct ones, but nothing was sent or received. I emailed to ask where it was, but I kept getting vague answers. They eventually stated that the hair ties I ordered were out of stock and that the team had decided to send different ones as a replacement, without any consultation. I ultimately requested a refund due to the endless communication. It's a shame because I would have liked to receive the correct hair ties.
