I received a dark blue headband instead of a gray one. When I emailed about it, I was sent a new one for free. You would think that was a good resolution. But then I received a black headband instead of a gray one :-) I decided not to email again...

Beautiful clips in the perfect size! I am very satisfied with the bows and the "special" clips. Unfortunately, the very simple clips are of insufficient quality, as the hair gets caught in the screw, making it necessary to pull it out. However, I would buy the clips with the bows again and again!
